Labour Charges

A minimum of one (1) hours labour is billed per printer repaired. Where any individual machine takes longer than an hour to repair we increment our charge in (30) thirty minute segments.

Warranty Period and Fault Descriptions

We provide a (3) three month location specific* workmanship warranty on the work that we do. Warranties are based on the original fault description and we request that fault descriptions are as detailed as possible.

* location specific = the same location as the original job took place.

Please Note. Our warranty does not cover:

Any kind of consumable, cable, computer, networking, electrical or user induced problem, so when any of these reasons is found to be the cause of the problem that was logged as a warranty claim, the time and any travel incurred to establish this, will revert to our standard rates.

Assessment Fee

We charge a minimum of (30) thirty minutes per printer worked on, that does not go through to final repair. Examples of this are: Quote Rejected, Uneconomical to Repair, Parts Obsolete.

This fee is in addition to any travel charge incurred.

Call Out Fee

Onsite repairs incur a travel charge in addition to our labour charge. This fee is called a “Call Out Fee” and is levied per booking of up to 6 printers (or 6 hours whichever comes first). Please enquire.

Our call out fee covers onsite service's within a 25 km radius of our Kempton Park based office.

Onsite Quote Rejections / Assessments

Onsite calls that result in a Quote Rejection / Uneconomical to Repair / Spares Obsolete outcome are billed no less than (30) thirty minutes labour per machine quoted on/assessed in addition to the applicable call out fee.

Onsite Calls First Time Clients

Please note that first time clients are subject to paying a model appropriate general service and call out fee via EFT before any technician will be dispatched.

Cancellation Fee

When a technician arrives onsite and is advised that the visit is no longer required and no prior telephone call has been received by Limenco a cancellation fee in the form of a Call Out Fee will be invoiced.

Senior Citizens Discount

Limenco Printer Repairs, offers a discounted labour rate to senior citizens for work done to their personal printers. The discount does not include spares or travel charges.

To qualify as a senior citizen proof of identification must be supplied and such identity will be the same as that appearing on the final invoice. Registered companies as such do not qualify for the senior citizen rate.


Limenco CC is not VAT registered.

Location Feasibility

The nature of some repairs make it unfeasible to repair them onsite. In this case we will need to remove the machine to our workshop.

Payment Terms

Terms are COD except in cases where a repair is over R1000.

Quotations over R1000 are payable in advance.

We do not accept Cheques, Credit or Debit cards.

Cash and EFT payments are welcome.


Quotations are provided for all jobs that exceed (1) one hours labour per printer and applicable travel charges.

A signed quotation and payment (if applicable) is required before any work will commence.

All terms are considered agreed to on receipt of a signed quotation unless otherwise stated in writing.
